SKCEE offers an eclectic variety of before and after school enrichment classes to meet the needs of ALL students. There truly is at least one class for every student!

Spanish Yak Academy
Join Yak Academy and expose your child to Spanish language & culture through art, movement and play! Our interactive, full-immersion, play-based classes make learning fun & inspire self-confidence. Optional “Take-Home” Worksheets will be emailed to parents to follow along at home. Movement Madness
In a Movement Madness Pre-school/kindergartners class we want the kids to learn and feel successful. We provide them with a 1/2 hour to an hour of movement and sport skills. Class always begins with a cardio game where all kids are moving and having fun. Then we move to a sport skill where the kids are learning one or more specific skills as well as taking turns and standing in a short line. Class is always fun with lots of movement.

Art for Life Colorado- Art Class
Come learn how to sculpt, paint and make crafts from award winning artists! This class will have all new projects, with fun subjects like Pokémon, Star Wars & Minions. Learn the basics of sculpting, like model forming. Learn color theory as we paint with water colors and acrylics. Make crafts found nowhere else! CELL – Science for Kindergarteners
CELL science offers Kindergarten students an introduction to a broad sample of science topics.
Including magnetism, electricity, chemistry, aeronautics, meteorology and simple machines. Using hands on experiments or easy constructions students will have fun exploring many fields in science.

Sticky Fingers Cooking – THYME to TURNIP the BEET on what KIDS EAT
Students will learn how to utilize new and familiar kitchen tools and equipment as well as try new and familiar ingredients each week! Students will also learn geography and history related to each recipe.

Colorado Ballet – Leap N Learn
Leap N Learn is an after school residency that lasts 10 – 12 weeks, classes focusing on creative movement and ballet. The curriculum is designed for students to study a variety of dance concepts while working on spatial awareness, problem solving, social and emotional skills, and strengthening of the body and brain. The program culminates with an “informance” for the parents, school and community.

Kinder Kixx – Soccer Shots
Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. Our coaches are the best-trained in the business. Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards. In addition we provide an exceptional customer experience and ongoing communication with parents.

Radiant Beginnings – YOGA
Our program is structured to develop a youth’s awareness of breath, body, and mind through yoga and mindfulness. Our unique approach is fun, educational and accessible to all personalities and learning styles. All classes are interactive and bring community, mindful movement, brain games, and breath together to give youth tools for stress management in class and beyond. Our data driven curriculum emphasizes social-emotional learning, leadership, choice, reflection and self-regulation skills. Every class strikes a balance between group activities and individual exploration.

Challenge Island
Challenge Island fosters S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) concepts as well as creative and critical thinking skills. Kids divide into cooperative tribes and take on a vast array of mind bending challenges set on action-packed thematic islands. At Challenge Island we embrace children’s innate imagination by creating an environment where creativity blooms. Our whimsical themes create a kid-friendly context that inspires a unique breed of innovation and invention – one that is both unexpectedly complex and perfectly child-like.

Young Rembrandts – Art Class
The long winter months can easily lead to boredom or restlessness. Alleviate any creative dormancy with a fun-filled Young Rembrandts class! We begin the season with a lesson that teaches our students
about simple figure drawing as they create a snowman using basic geometric shapes. Winter-themed lessons like our mittens and penguin drawings will excite the imagination. Illustrations featuring a patterned giraffe and feathery owl will provide a great introduction to drawing animals. All this and more await your budding artist. Enroll your child today.

Mind of a Child – Little Medical School: Medical Minis!
Kids love to dress up and play doctor! This fun program encourages pre-K children to do this as they explore the exciting world of medicine. Using interactive demonstrations, role-playing, crafts, songs and games, kids learn about the body, how organs work and how to use instruments that real doctors use. Enrolled children take home a real, medical stethoscope and are awarded a graduation diploma at the end of the program. Topics include: What’s In the Doctors Bag? All About the Heart! Muscles! Bones! Is There a Surgeon in the House? and more.

Bricks 4 Kidz
Bricks 4 Kidz is a hands on after-school Enrichment Class Using LEGO® bricks, Motors, & Battery Packs. Students use architecture and engineering principles to learn concepts across a variety of subject
areas. Your child’s learning doesn’t need to stop when the bell rings. At Bricks 4 Kidz®, we believe it’s important to tap into a child’s potential by encouraging their curiosity and creativity in and out of the
classroom. Our fun-filled model plans designed by engineers and architects, teach children to learn with LEGO® Bricks. Our theme-based project kits motivate children by reinforcing S.T.E.M. based principles
while enhancing self-esteem, improving fine-motor skills, and teaching important classroom lessons such as organization and following directions. Kids will develop teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills in a place where they can play and socialize with friends while unwinding after school.
