Important Dates

We are thrilled to have each of you joining us for a fantastic year of learning and fun.  Please see below for some important dates and reminders: 

 

February 9th, Friday - Community Exchange Program 3:30 – 4:30

February is when the Lunar New Year Begins!  Community Exchange for Families (CEF) invites you to celebrate the Year of the Dog! Let the kids transform into a flying dragon through the hallways! Find out what this year has in store for you!  There are lanterns to be made and Asian finger food to taste!  We will meet at Ms. Cookie’s room 104. ($1 materials fee)

 

February 12th, Monday -  PTA Dine out at Ester’s Neighborhood Pub from 5-9  20% goes to SKCEE

 

February 14th, Wednesday - Valentine Day Celebrations in Classrooms

 

February 19th, Monday - No School – Presidents’ Day

 

February 20th, Tuesday - No School – Teacher PD Day

 Discovery Day here at SKCEE. We are providing care from 6:30 till 6:00. Cost for the day is $35.75. Fun clubs will be planned. Please send a sack lunch for your child/ren, breakfast and an afternoon snack will be provided.  Please note that if enrollment is low, we may merge with another near-by site.

February 22th, Thursday – SKCEE Snowball Family Dance 5:30-7:30

Come celebrate with us and help raise the last funds needed to build our new playground! We do need volunteers to help us pull this off. Sign up below to help make this memorable, fun and a great fundraiser!

It’s school choice season! We will have lots of families coming in to tour our wonderful school.
