WORK OUT WITH SKCEE @ UPSWELL!
Join SKCEE parents on Wednesday, November 16th from 9:30-10:30am at Upswell Dynamic Fitness (660 S. Colorado Blvd) and Work Out with SKCEE!
The SKCEE community is invited to partake in Upswell’s Ignite class––an athletic, upbeat vinyasa-inspired HIIT class that will invite you to lose your breath, then learn how to come back to it. Find your edge, leave feeling peaceful, powerful, and accomplished. After class, everybody is also welcome to partake in Upswell’s additional offerings, including an infrared sauna session and bodywork recovery equipment.
The cost to participate is $20. Please sign up here, then Venmo@SKCEE-PTA. All donations will go straight to the SKCEE PTA!
